About me:

Who am I?   

With over four decades of experience in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, training and coaching in the fields of health care, ancillary benefits, energy and financial services, I bring deep experience to my work with individuals and teams to help them reconnect to meaning, restore energy, and navigate life and work in a way that is both sustainable and human-centered.

I offer science-based insights on work and life with useful guidance for leading a happier, more successful, and more fulfilling life and career.  

My credentials include a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and Counseling, certification from New York University’s Neuroscience Coaching program, ordained through a multi year seminary program to become an Interfaith Minister, certification as a Life Cycle Celebrant and several other designations in coaching and leadership development 

What are my values and how do I work with others?   I live and work with integrity, respect and compassion. I use an intuitive and holistic approach that encompasses the body mind spirit connection and encourages others to explore mindful living.
