As a Spiritual Director I provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore your deeply held spiritual beliefs and contemplate how these beliefs influence your daily life. If you are feeling an inner longing to connect with spirit or are trying to find meaning as you navigate through life’s joys and challenges spiritual guidance will provide a safe place for you to deepen your unique understanding of life within a spiritual context.
Life Transition Coaching
As a former Human Resource leader, I’ve dedicated my work to the practice of empowering others through self-discovery and supportive coaching. From personal experience, as well as coaching diverse individuals and groups, I’ve come to understand that when we challenge ourselves through personal growth and learn from our experiences we naturally contribute more to – our families, our friends, our organizations, our communities and the entire world – in a healthier and more effective way.

As a Celebrant and Minister, I work with individuals, families and groups to create experiences that celebrate life's milestones. These customized, thoughtful ceremonies can strengthen family bonds, partnerships and communities and deepen the human connection across generations.
