As a former Human Resource leader, I’ve dedicated my work to the practice of empowering others through self-discovery and supportive coaching. From personal experience, as well as coaching a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to understand that when we challenge ourselves through personal growth and learn from our experiences we naturally contribute more to – our families, our friends, our organizations, our communities and the whole world – in a healthier and more effective way.
